Compared with die forgings, the manufacturing process of free forgings is simpler and more flexible, does not require a specific mold, and can be deformed freely as needed.
High flexibility: The shape of the free forging can be deformed freely as required, and various parts with complex shapes can be manufactured. High processing efficiency: The manufacturing process of free forgings is relatively simple and does not require specific molds, which can save manufacturing costs and time.
Improve the mechanical properties of the material: during the die forging process, the metal material is deformed and compacted, the internal grains are refined, and the grain boundaries are clarified, thereby improving the strength, hardness and wear resistance of the material.
