According to the requirements of pressure and mechanical properties, the inspection items can be determined according to the corresponding grade:

1. Flanges with design pressure less than 10.0MPa and forgings with similar geometric dimensions should meet the requirements of Class II or above;

2. Forgings with a design pressure greater than or equal to 1.6MPa should meet the requirements of Class II or above;

3, the design pressure is greater than or equal to 10. Small and medium forgings of 0MPa shall meet the requirements of Grade III, and large forgings shall meet the requirements of Grade III or IV;

4. Forgings with extremely or highly hazardous media and forgings with a cross-sectional size greater than 300mm should meet the requirements of Class III or Class IV.
