But heating also brings a series of problems such as oxidation, decarburization, overheating and overheating. Accurate control of initial forging and terminal forging temperature has a great influence on the microstructure and properties of products. The flame furnace has low heating cost and strong applicability, but the heating time is long, it is easy to oxidize and decarburize, and it is necessary to continuously improve the working conditions. Electric induction heating has the advantages of fast heating and less oxidation, but it has poor adaptability to product shape, size and material changes.
